You have up to five days to pay for your order before it will be cancelled.

You can pay using Interac e-transfer or with a PayPal account.

  1. Log into your online banking and find the transfer money tab, under this tab should be an option titled “Send Interac e-transfer”
  2. Find the “add payee” section where you will add our payment information such as our payment email address.
  3. Once you have saved the payment information you now able to send an e-transfer Type in the total dollar amount of your order and be sure to include your order number to avoid any delay in processing.
  4. Once we have receive the funds we will process your order.

We ship Monday thru Friday except for statutory holidays, orders with payment received before 9 am Pacific 12 Eastern will be shipped out the same day.

Your contents are packaged in a box which is then vacuumed sealed ensuring no smell. We use discreet mailing envelopes that do not list our company or the contents of the package insuring your privacy.

All orders are shipped using Xpresspost. Xpresspost offers a two to three business day delivery period, however rural locations may take a day or two longer.

If you have not received your package two business days past its expected delivery date please inform us and we will file a trace claim with Canada Post. The trace claim process may take up to five business days. If Canada Post can locate the package they will send it on to you, if it is found to be unrecoverable we will send you a one-time replacement package free of charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded due to postal issues out of our control.

There are several possibilities to why this happens. It could be put in the wrong mailbox by the postal worker, in apartments it may have been left with a concierge or security attendant. It may have been left in a more secure place out of sight. Other times a postal worker may scan the packages as delivered in the morning and then deliver them in the afternoon or the next day.

Most times you will receive your tracking number before your package has been received by the post office. Until your package has been scanned in at the post office you will not be able to track it. Please allow until the end of the day for your tracking to work properly.

Canada post offers a safe drop option, with this option selected you grant the postal worker permission to leave your package outside your door unattended. If you choose this option we will not be able to offer a replacement in case the package goes missing.
